I think you need to include property tax as well.. which will range from 10- 20% (depending on the area that you live) of total rental value of the property... also, according to SBP you cannot rent the property that you have mortgaged till year 6

I haven't heard of any such policy. I have a friend who has mortgaged a property, rented it and paying the mortgage through the rent.

Ammar is the pricing at tier 0 at 14% after 10 years or is it a typo... i saw a banks brochure and it seems its 2.5% plus kibor for that slab...
